Read 50
I have retroactively resolved to read 50 novels in 2007. Thanks to LibraryThing, I'll stack them up here as I finish them. I think 50 should not be too difficult. I've already finished 10 this year.

i just never got into wuthering heights. it's like it *should* be good, but it wasn't.
read the scarlett letter next.
or, if you want to cry, Tess of the d'ubervilles by thomas hardy. he is the darkest of the them all, i think.
i have to read jane austen WHILE reading thomas hardy to keep myself from the darkness.
Wuthering Heights wasn't as good as Jane Eyre--a little too melodramatic for my tastes.
